Series

Our 600-Series sensors utilize the XSENS MTi 610, 620, 630, 670 or 680.
And our ONE-Series sensors utilize a XSENS MTi 1, 2, 3, 7 or 8.

Form

OEM
OEM variants are compact PCB’s for direct integration into a clients own housing. Note. These ESD sensitive products have no protection and should be handled with care!

IP67 housing
Ingress Protection 67 rating means a device is fully dust-tight and can survive being submerged in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. It is highly reliable for everyday use, heavy rain, and accidental drops in water, but it is not designed for continuous underwater use or high-pressure water jets.

Dev kit
Our development kits are designed to easily interface with our modules through for instance usb.

Features

IMU
Inertial Measurement Unit utilizes a gyroscope, accelerometer and magnetometer to track an object’s acceleration, angular velocity, and orientation in three-dimensional space.

VRU
A Vertical Reference Unit measures pitch and roll, which are angular movements around the objects lateral and longitudinal axes, relative to the true vertical.

AHRS
Attitude and Heading Reference System continuously calculates and provides the 3D orientation (pitch, roll, and yaw) plus the magnetic heading of an object.

GNSS/INS
A Global Navigation Satellite System / Inertial Navigation System integrates satellite navigation with inertial sensors to deliver precise positioning, velocity, and orientation without interruption. It compensates for GNSS signal loss in tunnels by utilizing INS, ensuring continuous navigation.

RTK GNSS/INS
Real-Time Kinematic Global Navigation Satellite System. A satellite positioning technique that uses a stationary base to calculate errors in the satellite signals and boost the standard GNSS accuracy from meters to sub centimeters.

Dual Antenna
Dual Antenna GNSS is a positioning system that uses two separate antennas connected to one or more receivers. By tracking satellite signals from two distinct points, the system calculates not only precise geographical coordinates but also the exact orientation (heading and pitch) of the object. This can be combined with INS.

Interface

The available interfaces depend on the sensor that is chosen. Most of our sensors are build for EtherCAT® communication but we do offer other interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART and USB.
The choice is often driven by a clients current communication protocol. For new system designs we of course suggest to choose the power of EtherCAT® communication.

Range

Angular velocities (in degrees per second) and accelerations (in g-forces) that exceed the full range of the accelerometer or gyroscope, cannot be measured by the sensor. It is important to select a range that is larger than the values ​​that can occur in your application.
